After
Santa’s Old friend Mr Hucklebuckle dies His LA based
Grandson James Huckle (John Ducey) and his wife Kate (Bonnie Somerville)
inherit his New York Toy Store.
When
they go and view the store James intends to immediately put it up for sale,
however when Mr Hucklebuckle, lawyer Mr. Stewart
(Bill Cobbs) hands over the keys he tells them there is a stipulation in the
bequest, which is that they run the store for one Christmas season and make a
profit before the deeds can be transferred.
Meanwhile Santa Claus (Richard Riehle) and Paws (Zachary
Gordon) travel to New York to check on the Christmas spirit but they get
separated and Santa loses his memory and his crystal.
He ends up working as the Hucklebuckle store Santa
while Paws makes friends with orphans Quinn and Willamina (Kaitlyn Maher and
Madison Pettis) but without his crystal Santa begins to fall ill so Mrs. Claus
(Patrika Darbo) despatches Eli the Elf (Danny Woodburn) and Eddy the Elf Dog
(Richard Kind) to New York to find Santa and save Christmas.
