“A Very Merry
Cricket” is an animated tale about Harry the Cat and Tucker the Mouse who are
unhappy with the New York Christmas cacophony and the anti-social behaviour and
mean-spiritedness that went along with it
So, they set off
to Sunny Slopes Connecticut to find their friend, Chester C. Cricket, the
musical insect and persuade him to return to New York with them to bring back
the holiday's warmth.
Chester agrees with
this idea, but can he really succeed against the noisy urban melee, it will certainly
take all three of them to make a difference.
Voiced by Les Tremayne, Mel Blanc, Daws Butler, June Foray, Bob Holt and
Don Messick.
