After
the Christmas Ambassador of the Christmas spirit capital of America, Pineville,
passes away before the Christmas season begins Mrs.
Claus (Cheryl Ladd) heads to Pineville to find a new Ambassador.
However,
the playful Santa Pups, Hope, Jingle, Charity and Noble Tatiana Gudegast, Marlowe Peyton, Genevieve Hannelius and Aidan Gemme
stowaway on the sleigh with a stolen crystal.
While
Mrs Claus pinpoints the new Ambassador Sarah Reynolds
(Kaitlyn Maher) who is the daughter of her predecessor the pups are going
around town granting Christmas wishes but inadvertently grants Sarah’s brother Carter (Josh Feldman) wish which wished Christmas spirit didn’t exist.
The towns goodwill slowly melts away, and the pups
end up at the pound and Mrs Claus is arrested causing Santa Claus (Pat Finn) to
despatch
Eli the Elf (Danny Woodburn) and Eddy the Elf Dog (Richard Kind) to Pineville
to find Mrs Claus and save Christmas.
