ARE YOU WEARING CHRISTMAS SPATS?

Are you wearing Christmas spats?

Well I don’t like them much

But I have to admit that the motif

Of holly is a very nice touch

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – THE NATIONAL TREE (2009)

Corey Burdock (Andrew McCarthy) planted a Sitka Spruce when his son Rock (Evan Williams) was born.

But when he is a teenager Rock gets a visit from a woman called Faith (Kari Matchett) who tells him that his tree has been chosen to be planted outside the White House as the new National Christmas Tree after its predecessor was struck by lightning.

However Corey is reluctant to go along with it and will only agree is he and his son deliver the Tree across the country by road which he hopes will give them the chance to bond.

It doesn’t quite work out that way but they do have some adventures along the way and there is something surprising at the end of it.

They chipped at the ice revealing

A frozen Elf hanging from the ceiling

They carried him away in a receptacle

And then they thawed out the Elfcicle

WHEN FROSTY DISAPPEARED

When Frosty disappeared

It really left people in a muddle

But Frosty the Snowman

Vanished in May so he’s a puddle!
