Over a year after Officer Harkmore Wilson (Colin Kaye) was critically injured in the line of duty and his K-9 died to help his recovery he is given new recruit Hansel, by Helen (Alex Cain)
but
everyone thinks new recruit Hansel is
too small to be a K-9 dog.
But
when Burbank is plagued by a greedy package thief that is ruining the holidays,
little Officer Hansel must go on a mission to catch him and save Christmas.
A young boy, Renfroe Madison (Nicholas Todd), growing up on a farm in rural Louisiana in the 1930s with his parent (Bernard Bolton and Susan Vanderkuy) and older brother D.J. (Daniel Glover), wishes for a White Christmas.
The only problem
is there hasn’t been a flake of snow or even the sight of a snow cloud in over
30 years, but he still wished.
However it is Christmas,
so a selfless act in the spirit of giving might just get him his miracle.

Two orphan girls, Emma and Bailey (Scout and Cadence Wright) are the only children remaining at the home for Christmas and their only wish is for parents, but that wish remained unfulfilled.
Then
they are joined by a new troubled child Arizona (Jaina Wright) who will also be
staying for the holidays and the watchful eye of Director of the home Patrick (David
Owen Wright).
To
cheer them up he decides to take them for a visit to a farm Noel
(Ashley
Hays Wright) hoping to bring joy amidst their struggles.
So
will the farm be the catalyst for a shared future.
Just because its Christmas Eve crime doesn’t stop in the city, beginning with Jason Houston (Aaron Perilo) killing Heather Harrington (Ashley Romans) in a liquor store robbery gone wrong.
Then
Detective Chris DeJesus (Scott Bailey) is gunned down after reconnecting with
his estranged mother Maggie (Mary-Margaret Humes) by troubled photographer
James Anderson (Mark Adair-Rios) who had also just killed his unfaithful
girlfriend Lena (Bethany Carol) who was plotting to kill him and sent her secret
lover Jason to rob the liquor store.
And
finally Randall Edwards (Eric Close) loses his job and is falsely accused of
the liquor store robbery and hangs himself while in police custody.
But
does it have to turn out that way? After all it is Christmas.
