Mayor of Snow Falls, Charlotte Atkins (Emma Johnson), teams up with her son, Benny’s, substitute teacher, Zackary Gregory (Ryan Northcott), to persuade the other Green Valley Mayors into reviving the old tradition of the Christmas Train Parade and reignite the Christmas magic that brought their communities and towns together and Charlotte and Zac find romance along the way.
