FAVOURITE CHRISTMAS SONG # 30 - MERRY CHRISTMAS DARLING

Merry Christmas Darling

Written By, Richard Lynn Carpenter / Frank Pooler

Performed by the Carpenters

Greeting cards have all been sent
The Christmas rush is through
But I still have one wish to make
A special one for you

Merry Christmas darling
We're apart that's true
But I can dream and in my dreams
I'm Christmas-ing with you

Holidays are joyful
There's always something new
But every day's a holiday
When I'm near to you
The lights on my tree
I wish you could see
I wish it every day

Logs on the fire
Fill me with desire
To see you and to say
That I wish you Merry Christmas
Happy New Year, too
I've just one wish
On this Christmas Eve
I wish I were with you

Logs on the fire
Fill me with desire
To see you and to say
That I wish you Merry Christmas
Happy New Year, too
I've just one wish
On this Christmas Eve
I wish I were with you
I wish I were with you

(Merry, merry, merry Christmas
Merry Christmas - darling)

This delightful Christmas animation also benefits from the vocal talents of Emilio Estevez, Isabella Acres, Jane Lynch, Matthew Lillard and Nolan Gould.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS STORIES – CHRISTMAS NOVELLA # 1 A Christmas Carol

A Christmas Carol

A Christmas Carol was the first of the Christmas novellas by Charles Dickens, first published on 19 December 1843.

It’s the oft told story of the sour and miserly Ebenezer Scrooge's route to redemption through the supernatural visits from Jacob Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas’s Past, Present, and Yet to Come.

FAVOURITE CHRISTMAS SONG # 32 - I’LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

I’ll be home for Christmas

Written By Walter Kent; Buck Ram, Kim Gannon

Performed By Frank Sinatra

I'm dreamin' tonight of a place I love
Even more than I usually do
And although I know it's a long road back
I promise you

I'll be home for Christmas
You can count on me
Please have snow and mistletoe
And presents under the tree

Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams

Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams
If only in my dreams

Hurt and shocked by this betrayal, Kate has no choice but to leave the groom at the church and run away.

Needing time to heal, Kate heads to ski resort where she was to have her honeymoon and stay over Christmas.

However, at the resort she meets Jason (Travis Milne), a former Olympic downhill ski hopeful, and as they get to know each other there is a mutual attraction and she falls for him just when she thought she'd never love again.

But as things start to heat up between them, bridegroom Alex and his family show up followed by her family and that’s when things get complicated and the fun starts in earnest.
