Just
before Christmas fashion designer Grace (Cleopatra Wood) is reluctantly let go
by her boss Martina (N Walters) and she is fearful of going home for Christmas
because she would look like a failure.
Best
friend Estelle (Darcy Baker) tries to persuade her to go but is unsuccessful it
is on when her deceased father Robert (Richard Bobb-Semple) appears to her in a
dream that she relents and her mum Tina (Laurel Dinnall) and sister Naomi
(Horaios Aidoo) are delighted to see her.
They
don’t stay at the house however as her mum suggests they spend Christmas at
their holiday cabins in the woods.
Tina
had struggled with managing them since Robert passed and was planning to sell
them and had hired a handyman Luke (Sackie Osakonor) to help get them ready,
Grace was unhappy that her mum was preparing to sell up but she understood her reasons.
Grace
and Naomi soon realised that for a handyman, Luke wasn’t very handy, but they
liked him, especially Grace, and they spent time together and grew close.
Then
one day Luke confided in her that he was actually a Prince who had left home to
avoid a wedding he wanted no part of.
But
on Christmas Eve she persuades him to call his mother and invite them for
Christmas and on Christmas Day King Richard (Lloyd McDonald) and Queen Fiona
(Kimberley Sterling) arrived at the cabins.
So,
what will happen when two worlds collide?
