A beautiful single mother Willa Fairchild (Autumn Reeser) gets the Christmas present of a lifetime, when her late patient leaves in his will $50,000 and a two-week paid Christmas vacation at Bramble House, for her and her son Scout (Liam Hughes).
While settling his
father’s estate, Finn Conrad (David Haydn-Jones) and his sister Molly (Julia
Benson) are suspicious as to why he should make such a large bequest to his
nurse.
Convinced she has
swindled their father and determined to get to the truth, Finn follows Willa to
Bramble House to confront her at the bed and breakfast so he can reclaim what
he considers to be his family’s money.
But when he meets
Willa, and spends time with her and Scout, he discovers she’s not the conniving
gold digger he was expecting her to be, but a woman in need.
But the longer he keeps
his true identity a secret, the harder it is to come clean and the more likely
it is when the truth is discovered Willa will be angry at the deceit and never
trust him again.
