Carol Vanstone (Jennifer Aniston) is a straight-laced uptight CEO is at odds with her hard-partying brother Clay Vanstone (T.J. Miller) threatens to shut down his branch if he goes ahead with the usual over the top Christmas Party.

his sister, he, and his Chief Technical Officer Josh Parker (Jason Bateman)
press on regardless in order to host an epic office Christmas party in an
effort to impress a potential client and close a sale that will save jobs, so
they must get their co-workers fully on board to save the day and stick it to
the CEO at the same time.
